Your name, url, email address, FTP details and any other identifying information that you give Byoweb.com Ltd  will never be sold, rented, or loaned to any direct marketers.     Byoweb.com Ltd  will record and store your data in a database, but will NOT use personal information provided by its clients for any reason other than to communicate with them.     Any information automatically retrieved, such as site browsing patterns (stats etc), will be used only in aggregate form (so that no individual can be personally identified)     Personal Information provided by clients will not be disclosed to third parties. The only representation of data relating to clients will be through generalised statistics which exclude personal details     Byoweb.com Ltd  may be required by law to disclose information you provide. Byoweb.com Ltd  will only make the disclosure if it believes in good faith that it is required to do so.     You Will Not Be Spammed. Byoweb.com Ltd  does not endorse spamming. End-User Terms & Conditions Byoweb.com Ltd  have the right to decline any application if Byoweb.com Ltd  believes it is acting in the best interests of its product, or for any reason at all as we see fit.     Byoweb.com Ltd  will Not take on any responsibilty for mis-use of this service. If files are lost or damaged because of mis-use you agree to indemnify Byoweb.com Ltd  from any costs pertaining to loss or damage.     Byoweb.com Ltd  will NOT accept websites that contain adult material, illegal operating, or "hate" websites.     The security of the Byoweb.com  software can be considered "HIGHLY SECURE". Byoweb.com  uses the FTP protocal which is commonly used by ISPs. The FTP software used for Byoweb.com  operates directly from server-to-server, as opposed to client-to-server. The site is created in PHP & MSQL which works entirely from the server end. The Byoweb.com server has also disabled Port 80 (http access). Byoweb.com Ltd  has implemented secure coding routines to ensure a high degree of security. In the extreme unforeseen case of loss or damage caused by external influences (such as hackers, or mis-appropriated access through compromised passwords) Byoweb.com Ltd  will NOT be held responsible. This includes, but is not limited to All misappropriated site manipulation related to clients data.     Byoweb.com Ltd  has full rights to the code and material contained within its online web editor. Any attempt to copy, duplicate, or imitate this service could end in legal action being taken against the offender. The nature of this service is also copyright. See EULA     EULA (End Users License Agreement) END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR BYOWEB.COM IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Byoweb.com Ltd (Byoweb) for the Byoweb software accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By exercising your rights to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights: (a) Software License Use. You may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for 1 URL. (b) Copying - You are not permitted to copy any of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT code. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. (a) Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, Disassembly and Changing source code. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy or change source code of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation, or with permission as granted by Byoweb. (b) Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated or downloaded onto any personal computer. (c) Software Product Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. (d) Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Byoweb.com may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, Byoweb stops free technical support and upgrades and can take legal action if necessary. COPYRIGHT All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are copyrighted. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material.
